You can order on our website for delivery to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Spain, France, Finland, Greece, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Martinique, New Caledonia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Portugal, Réunion, the United Kingdom, Sweden and Switzerland.
The countries below qualify for Chronopost International Express delivery FREE on orders over €100!
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, the United Kingdom and Sweden.
If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will let you know whether delivery is possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the shipping method you selected.
We ship within France with our partner Chronopost. Your products are carefully packed in appropriately sized packaging, and online tracking is available.
Chronopost is the fastest delivery option. Chronopost delivery is available only for products in stock, within mainland France (excluding Corsica).
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched so you can track its progress. You can also find this tracking number at any time in your customer account.
The parcel is delivered against signature. If you are not home, the driver will call the phone number you provided with your order. If you are unavailable, the parcel will be taken to the nearest collection point.
You have 10 days to collect your parcel. If you do not collect it within 10 days, it will automatically be returned to us.

When will my order arrive with Chronopost EXPRESS?
Please note: Chronopost Express 24H is a NON-GUARANTEED delivery time. Chronopost does not offer a refund if delivery is delayed.
If you need a guaranteed delivery time, we offer UPS SAVER EXPRESS 24H for €39 at checkout. If your product does not arrive within 24 hours Monday to Friday, we will refund the shipping cost.
