How to send your request
- Open the form in “Quotation request” mode.
- Select your profile and project type, then enter your email address and message. These four fields are required.
- Add any details you know: company, dimensions, location, proposed products, budget and timeframe. These details are optional.
- If you have a plan or photos, use the optional attachment field. Several documents can be combined into a PDF or ZIP archive.
- Complete the anti-spam check shown and send the form. Check the message displayed; if there is an error, correct the information indicated.
Prepare a useful brief, even if some details are missing
Explain your role: landscape designer, specifier, installer, building manager or homeowner. A dimensioned plan, plant species, daylight conditions, available fixing points and maintenance access help the discussion. Separate known measurements, assumptions and points to confirm. If you have already selected products, include their references and proposed quantities in your message.
Document an existing installation
To review an installation already in place, gather dated photos, luminaire references, positions, operating hours and observations about the plants. If you include measurements, specify units, the instrument, measurement locations and daylight conditions. Distinguish actual readings from a simulation. Only share documents and photos you are authorised to share.
For a zoo, this request concerns vegetation. Animal-related constraints must be defined separately with the zoo’s animal care and veterinary teams.
After your request
Project details, required documents and the scope of the proposal will need to be agreed with the team. Sending a request does not constitute acceptance of a quotation or an order. No response time is guaranteed on this page.
